Application Deadline for the Vancouver Program

Module Four: Novermber 1, 2009
Module Five: May 1, 2010

To enroll, prospective applicants must submit:

• Modular Application Form
• Two Professional Reference Letters

The above forms may be completed directly on the document on your computer, and mailed to info@labancan.org electronically.

Fees

A one-time $100.00 USD fee is required when applying. Click here to pay application fee online

The fee for each Module is $2,250.00 USD. Click here to pay tuition online

Full payment for all participants is due ONE MONTH in advance of each Module.

Payment method may include personal cheque, money order, or credit card.
